services might not align with your current needs. That's why
we've created a fair and transparent refund policy that
protects both our customers and our ability to continue
providing quality budget education services.
Important Notice: All refund requests must
be submitted within our specified timeframes and meet our
eligibility criteria. We process refunds based on the
original payment method and may require additional
verification for security purposes.

- Original purchase receipt or transaction ID required for all refund claims
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
- Processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible
- International transactions may incur additional processing time due to banking requirements

Educational Service Refunds: For our budget
education courses and materials, we offer different refund
windows depending on the type of service purchased. Digital
courses have a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase,
while live coaching sessions must be cancelled at least 48
hours in advance for a full refund. One-on-one consultation
sessions can be rescheduled once without penalty, but
cancellations within 24 hours may incur a processing fee.
Partial Refunds and Pro-rated Services: In
some cases, we may offer partial refunds for services that have
been partially used or accessed. For example, if you've
completed 30% of an online course, you may be eligible for a
70% refund of the original purchase price, minus any applicable
processing fees. These calculations are made on a case-by-case
basis and require review by our customer service team.
Special Circumstances: We recognize that
unexpected life events can impact your ability to use our
services. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or
other extenuating circumstances, we may extend our standard
refund windows or offer alternative solutions such as service
credits or account freezes. Documentation may be required to
verify special circumstances, and all requests are handled with
discretion and empathy.
